Please remove dependency on C# and VB in the SARIF extension for VS 2022

I have VS 2022 Update 4 configured only for C++ development with no C# support etc installed. It was a significant pain/bloat effort to install C# and VB just to use the SARIF extension. 
Please remove the need for C# / VB support to be present in order to use the extension.
