In v8, when a SearchBox component is selected (receives focus), screen readers announce the placeholder text. In v9, the placeholder text is only announced when the user tabs directly into the input field, not when the entire component is selected/clicked.

This is an accessibility behavior regression that affects screen reader users who navigate by clicking or using touch.
