Support for .NET 9

.NET 9 has been released in November, 2024, with .NET 10 coming in the next months.

At the same time Coyote does not support any of the above, which makes it impossible to integrate with the recent project.

Used with .NET 9 code the CLI seems to work, but it's hard to say if it's going to be reliable, and won't fail on some recent framework features.

Is that update planned? or maybe only for the next LTS version (.NET 10)?

I am using dual release to be able to use coyote. .net 8.0 and .net 9.0 but many conditional compilations required on Lock to backport to .net 8.0. The project looks like abandoned since 2024.
