When the Governance Inactivity Notification process is enabled, all approval response emails (approved/rejected) and flow failure notifications are sent to the admin account email.
Describe the solution you'd like
There is no environment variable or configuration option to redirect these emails to a dedicated mailbox or service account without manually changing flow ownership or connections. This would be separating emails such as Environment requests with the Inactivity process emails without having to customize the managed flow.

An environment variable should exist (e.g., Inactivity Notification eMail) that allows admins to designate a specific mailbox — such as a shared mailbox or service account — to receive all inactivity process-related notifications (approval responses, flow failure alerts) independently of the account owning the flow connections. This would bring the inactivity process in line with the configurability pattern already established by Admin eMail and Individual Admin elsewhere in the CoE kit.
