[Data Export V2 Product Issue]: SYNC HELPER - Cloud Flows has null value for DerivedOwner #10979

Describe the issue
We experience a bug in the flow SYNC HELPER - Cloud Flows:
The flow fails on the following Dataverse action "See if already in Maker Table"
It seems that the OwnerID is empty, but the Condition is wrongly has the result 'false'
The FlowOwnerID gets set at first:
but the FlowOwnerID is set to null here:
So consequently this condition seems to be wrong:
