Description
Does this bug already exist in our backlog?
- I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.
Describe the issue
My org is in GCC.
When I check connectors in CoE, the Power Platform for Admins V2 connector status says Reconnect. When I try to reconnect, it accepts my sign-in but the status does not change. We are on the Feb 2026 release, but I believe the issue was also present in previous releases. I see in another issue that the connector is available to the GCC High sovereign cloud, so I would expect it should be available to GCC as well.
Expected Behavior
Expected that the status would be connected and/or that when I click reconnect & successfully enter credentials, the status would change to connected.
What solution are you experiencing the issue with?
Core
What solution version are you using?
4.50.9
What app or flow are you having the issue with?
Admin | Sync Template v4 (Driver), HELPER - Driver Escalation Check
What method are you using to get inventory and telemetry?
None
Steps To Reproduce
- Open https://make.gov.powerautomate.us/ (GCC Power Automate Maker Portal) or https://make.gov.powerapps.us/ (GCC Power Apps Maker Portal) & select the CoE environment from the dropdown
- Click Connections in left nav
- See any connectors that need a refresh.
- Click Reconnect, select CoE service account, select allow
- Power Platform for Admins V2 connector goes through these steps like the others, but status remains unchanged; it does not reconnect
