Disable NexusReports project build to allow CodeQL to build the entire project #436
Description
I suspect that NexusReports project, being that it requires SSRS extension, is causing CodeQL not to be able to build SQL Nexus. Trying to resolve this by disabling this project. If not, we'll try other things.
