download model checkpoint failed #211
Description
I am trying to download Oscar model checkpoint with given SAS token, but failed.
ERROR 409: Public access is not permitted on this storage account.
Can anyone help me resolve this? @xjli @ChunyuanLI @xiyinmsu @pzzhang.
