Unable to run Oscar for Image Captioning #207
Description
Hi. I'm having trouble figuring out how to load this model for image captioning. I have a dataset of 16000 images that I would like to caption using this model but I'm not sure how to accomplish this. I have rewiewed the readme file and download instructions but this is a little confusion for me. Any guidance, helpbook or demo will be appreciated
