Integration: BotIndex as example x402-gated MCP data provider

Hey — MCPay's infra for MCP + x402 payments is exactly what we built on top of for BotIndex.

BotIndex is a live x402-gated signal intelligence API with an MCP server (17 tools). It demonstrates the pattern MCPay enables: agents discover data tools via MCP, and pay per request with USDC on Base.

What we have:

• 17 MCP tools (sports, crypto, Zora, Hyperliquid, Solana/Genesis, commerce)
• Free trial: 50 requests per wallet before x402 kicks in
• Live on Base mainnet
• npx botindex-mcp-server

Potential integration:

• BotIndex as a reference implementation / example provider in MCPay docs
• MCPay as the payment layer for future BotIndex deployments (vs our current direct x402 middleware)
