Latest SteamOS breaks new UI layout

This happens on:

SteamOS main, Steam Client beta

but works on:

SteamOS main, Steam Client stable

Decky loader is on v3.2.2-pre3

Really smart adding a toggle to use the old UI 👌 Makes it still usable.
