Expand Framework

This will most likely be a series of changes, but the end goal is to expand this project, which is a simple IPC middleware, and instead provide a more comprehensive framework for communication between ReactJS frontends and wxWidgets. The list of features will likely evolve, but as of now, a good starting point would be:

• Create schema for defining RESTful services over IPC
• ReactJS client package
• Generator to create C++ handler stubs
