Ship assets directly (avoid CDNs)

Fonts are downloaded on demand from font.googleapis.com, bootstrap.min.css is downloaded from CDN, all.min.css is downloaded from Cloudflare, and bootstrap.bundle.min.js is downloaded from JSDelivery. Lets install them via npm install, bundle them, and ship them with the app.
