Add a way to reload jay if config file is invalid

Currently, if the config file has errors, it can prevent set key binds from working which prevents a jay reload. This has left me having to restart jay a few times. I think a warning should appear letting the user know about this and have a way to reload the config. Additionally, falling back to the previous working config so that key binds and such continue to work would be great.
