Documentation cleanup: Settings #602

The documentation on RespondCMS.com includes this page, which describes how it is possible to create custom settings on a per-theme basis:

Is this still valid, @madoublet? I tried creating a resources/<my-theme-name>/.private/settings.json file and then creating a new site, but it didn't show my custom settings in the back end. I also couldn't find anything related to it in the code.
If it is not still valid I suggest removing that page from the online docs.
