Create new website fail #597

Hello,
In app/Respond/Libraries/Publish.php you use realpath but it return false if the directory/file dosen't exist so if I don't add the sites directory to my public before the creation of a new website it fail.
Just add an empty sites in public/ on github will fix the issue or/add a check
