TCMz sensor reporting very high values

I'm running Hot on a Macbook Pro M1 (2020).

Under higher than average sustained load, the TCMz sensor reports high temperatures in the 90-120 C range. And yet, the computer is just slightly warm and the fans are not audible. Most other sensors are staying in the 50-60 C range.

Is it known what this sensor is reporting? Is it possible that the value is incorrect? What values are you getting?

The same on M4, macOS 26.
It was okay on the previous macOS.

I'm on a new M4 Macbook Air.
Sorting by descending temperature, TCMz is indeed pretty much stuck at the top, but for me there are usually several other sensors with the same temperature that change.
If I didn't know any better I would assume TCMz to be the max temperature at any given time.
