Exclude Tis patients from datasets

For two datasets, the 2025-usz-hypopharynx-larynx and the 2025-umcg-hypopharynx-larynx Tis patients were wrongly included as T0. These should be excluded, as they don't have any LNL involvement per definition, so they are not really relevant to us.
