[Sorting] Wrong look of the button 'Price' at PLP by default

Environment:
Windows 10
Google Chrome 83.0.4103.106

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to online shop https://naturechoice.azurewebsites.net
2. Choose one of the categories (e.g. 'Women')
3. Click on any type of clothing (e.g. 'All categories')
4. Pay attention to sort button 'Price'
5. Click on 'Price'
6. Click on 'Price' second time

Actual result:
Button 'Price' is in a normal state with two arrows by default. After clicking it shows an arrow pointing up, products are not changed. After clicking the second time, it shows an arrow pointing down.

Expected results:
Button 'Price' is with one arrow pointing up by default. Products are sorted by ASC. After clicking the second time at the button, it changes to an arrow pointing down, products are sorted by DESC.
