find a way to integrate to psf. one idea would be to add some kind of questionnaire type scenario statically to PSF. Maybe something like customer satisfaction pole, each case type has it's own set of questions managed in PSF Admin page for example.
Should perhaps also be able to create apps in a Questionnaire type standalone, outside of PSF Case apps.
What other business scenarios could be applied to this?
Would prefer to find a way to implement that uses Smartbox rather than custom sql. Perhaps via a customer svc broker if needed.
