Admin user configuration

Currently we create an admin user on first run. This isn't awful but I'd rather the admin be tied to the Plex Media Server admin user.

Not sure how to implement yet. We'll need a new route as we don't have a create user one.

I am having trouble getting the servers to talk to each other. I have it setup on a windows 10 machine that plex and couch potato is on.
I fails the test
