Description
Summary
When Carrie (the correlator) escalates a candidate to George for manual triage, the user needs to see George's recommendation. Currently the focus stays on whatever tab was active — users may not notice the escalation happened or see the guidance.
Current Behavior
- Carrie identifies a correlation candidate (e.g.
aura.tokenin Salesforce) - Server search finds no matches → all candidates fail
- Search Runner escalates to George for manual triage
- George provides a recommendation in the Chat tab
- User stays on the current tab and may miss the recommendation entirely
Expected Behavior
When the Search Runner escalates to George (or any agent-to-agent escalation that produces chat output), the JMeter client should automatically switch focus to the Chat tab so users can see the recommendation.
Context
Discovered during Salesforce HAR testing — George's recommendation was actually quite good (correctly identified the aura.token as a session bootstrap value from the initial page load), but the user had to manually navigate to the Chat tab to find it.
Priority
3. MED — UX improvement, not blocking functionality
