Reusable styles and custom css in livetemplate.css

Reusable styles and custom css should be moved to livetemplate.css
e.g. style="display:block;text-decoration:none"  in ../examples/flash-messages/flash.tmpl should become a custom class, style block in ../livetemplate/examples/chat/chat.tmpl etc.

scan all the examples to find other such occurences and make a proposal to migrate reusable styles to livetemplate.css
