network@cinnamon.org: Doesn't Have Right Click Actions

The Cinnamon network@cinnamon.org applet does not have any actions when right clicked unlike applets like keyboard@cinnamon.org, sound@cinnamon.org, etc.

Additionally it would be better to move all the Left Click actions to the Right Click, and make the Left Click automatically open the cinnamon-settings network app so that users are instantly brought to nearby available networks.

Steps to reproduce

Right click on the netwrok (network@cinnamon.org) applet in the task bar.

Expected behavior

Right click shows several settings the user can open.

Works fine here. I get the same sort of right click menu I get for other applets. "About", "Configure", and "Remove".

Was not referring to those but applet unique actions:

That isn't a bug. Many applets don't have that. Specific actions are only put in the right click menu when they fit or we need to. For some applets this makes sense. For the Network applet, it doesn't.
