The OpenBroadcaster (OBS) video file format for Windows is slightly different than Mac, starting with the hour position. If using a combination of OBS captured from Windows and Mac, the frame output folders will be out of order for each day (the Mac captured videos for the day will appear before the Windows captured videos).
This will be fixed if OBS adopts a standard video file name across both Windows and Mac. Otherwise, special sorting code needs to be added to resolve. Users who do not capture video from BOTH Windows and Mac will not be affected by this.
