Not Working on iOS 16.5

I installed via TrollStore "2" and when I enable seconds, my time is replaced with my carrier name instead of it adding seconds to the time. It does not display seconds. Date setting does nothing either.

Almost the same problem. Time replaced with carrier name. Showing date works, though
