Enter a Tooltip popup closes right away

Clicking on tooltip, trying to enter tooltip text but the popup window with caption closes right of way.

This behavior appears to be caused by Editor.js handling the Enter key before the tooltip input gains focus.

I’ve opened a PR that keeps the tooltip input focused and prevents premature toolbar closing.
