GPIO Addressing problem on B2 + B3 #9
Description
Certain distributions seem to include kernels with incorrect or poorly configured GPIO addresses. This causes the LED and Fan to stop working as normal in those cases. A kernel rebuild as described in the manual should fix the issue, however it's probably best to wait until this is resolved properly upstream.
