All in one docker image

Create a docker image including Snakemake, the workflow and the conda envs.

A short bash script should be included to run the workflow.

Also we should check if it is possible to submit jobs to slurm from this image (guessing not but who knows...)

I think I came to ask this. My company forbids Docker, so I'm using Singularity. I can pull the tutorial image like so:

singularity pull mprasnakeflow_tutorial.sif docker://{tutorial_container}

But can't build the primary docker image or sif from the Dockerfile (assuming this is different from the tutorial image....)

Yes the all in one file of the tutorial is different. Not every env is build in here and it uses also a very old pipeline.

To build this or upgrade the tutorial its an easy task..it just needs time (which I don't have) or a helping hand (anyone out there?)
