Question about comptability of MMTK with Python3

May I ask if you have ever tested your MMTK with Python3, and if you have the intention to convert MMTK from python2 to 3?

No need for testing: it cannot work. MMTK uses C extension modules for performance-critical operations such as force field evaluation. The interface for C extension modules has changed completely from Python 1/2 to Python 3, so those modules need to be rewritten from scratch. This is the main effort in porting MMTK to Python 3, and I don't expect to have the resources for doing this work in the near future. The next big obstacle is the change in integer division, which is used heavily in some parts of MMTK.
