Feature request: CF-compliant netCDF parcel files #6
Description
Currently the output parcel files just save the number of times. Request that time become a dimension and that it be set up such that each parcel has a time stamp associated with. This will be necessary when we create lots of netCDF files from the same time ranges but over different parcel locations.
