Tool request: copy anchors (in font) between glyphs relative to right sidebearing

When working on some scripts, e.g. Devanagari, it would very often be useful to copy anchors from one glyph to others at the same distance from the right sidebearing. I have not found any tool to do this.

For example, It would like to copy the position of anchors on this Devanagari base letter to all the horizontal conjunct ligatures below. In those conjuncts the position of the anchors should be the same relative to the right sidebearing, so that they sit in the same position on the final, full form letter in the conjunct.

[In FontLab, it is possible to define anchor positions as distances from the advance widths, but that ends up being a lot of data to calculate, define and manage for a large glyph set.]

###Propagate Anchors

Usage is self explanatory. You could add as much actions as you need to propagate the anchors in question. Data could be saved for future sessions.

Am I correct in thinking that this currently affects all layers?

It would be nice to be able to limit it to specific layers. because sometimes I need to preserve inconsistent anchor positions in existing layers for backwards compatibility.

Yes indeed, but could be done to work on specific layers as well. Will try to address it on a day or two. Let me know if that is the desired behavior.
