log_source field alway blank/null or missing

We are finding that our logs from Xray into Splunk are always blank on the "log_source" field. This field is used in the JFrog Splunk App across several dashboard such as "Log Volume", etc. so that the volume of logs is zero. Please advise on solution.

Is the env variable set for Xray? Do you see logs flowing into the Splunk index?
