Deploying extension on various PCs with policy templates

There seem to be policy templates available e.g. at:

Does anyone have experience with deploying WarnAttachment using policy templates? I would like to set the block/warn lists too.

Sounds interesting. Never heard about it. Looks as it can be implemented quite easily and could also be a solution for #15 .
Would be nice to hear if somebody or an extension already works with it.

we do this to deploy Thunderbird and 3 needed addons via group policy and yes its easy.
But this should not be an open issue for warnattachement, right?
