Deadline

We have reached our deadline, but have not yet gotten results from execute.py needed to build a PDF with visualizations. @jdebacker, is it pencils-down or can we continue on this through the evening?

Also - should we submit pull requests for any substantial edits we have made locally, but haven’t submitted yet?
