Application description

Hi,

it would be good to have a description description of pdforg.

I'm creating a package for ArchLinux and I have no clue of what to put in description. Another important thing is to inform the license of the code.

And it would be good to put a README file with text like "it's a python2 application and the main file to run it is app.py"...

Its not really deserving of a package, really only something I slapped
together to store my pdfs

Well, it doesn't have a release yet, so it doesn't deserve a package for a stable release, but in ArchLinux we have this "-git_", "-bzr_", ... packages. ;)
