Disabling auto-scroll

Is it possible to disable the auto-scroll feature?

Hi! Adding this option is very simple and it's a reasonable suggestion so I went ahead and created a PR for it: #32

While testing this I noticed that it's not possible to use these to modify the behavior at runtime like:

• I have a viewer open
• I do :let g:vivify_auto_scroll = 0
• Would expect that viewer to stop auto-scrolling, but this didn't work

That makes these options a little limited in my view but I think I'll open another issue for that (edit: #33)

PR #32 should make it possible to disable auto-scroll in your init.vim/init.lua like this:

vimscript:

let g:vivify_auto_scroll = 0

lua:

vim.g.vivify_auto_scroll = false

Could you test that?

@grindingpeon this should work fine so we merged along with #34 to be able to toggle settings for the viewer without restarting (n)vim
