Form for node admin info #1
Description
We need a form which takes, at a minimum, the following fields:
- Node IPv4 Address (Adding IPv6 will be great too, but we can't do that until this Issue is resolved: https://github.com/cjdelisle/cjdns/issues/634)
- Admin Password
- Port Number
Also, it might be nice to add an optional "Nice Name" field to let them name the node.
Once this information is entered and the form submitted, it will hit a view which instantiates a new CirqueCJDNSListener for the node.
On the frontend, a new top level tab (these don't exist yet) will appear for the node, with the second-level tabs (Node Info, Peers, Logs, etc) under it.
