Download and upload speed not changing #31

Describe the bug
Not sure if this is a bag or miss config, when a movie or show is player speeder limits the download and upload speed as intended, but when the movie or show stop it does not remove the limit and return to 0 unlimited.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Play moe or show, limit is applied
- Stop movie or show limit not removed still applied
Expected behavior
Limits applied when movie or shows is play then should remove it.
