Open Rate Documentation Unavailable

Lots of links at site are not working, wiki site is not allowing to do signup or login.
does anyone has copy of documentation for open rate?

Same issue, almost looks like URL Rewrites are borked at the moment

in the meantime i am able to workaround with Wayback machine - albeit more slowly than the main website.
