Set trip speed by time of the day and between stops

It would be nice to include new paraters:
- `first_stop` and `last_stop`: These arguments should be `NULL` by default. Otherwise, the function would only change speed between the two stops
- time_window: so the user can specify the period of the day when the speed should change. Defaults to `NULL` and changes speed for the whole day
