Description
Currently, updating a status requires opening a dialog, which can feel cumbersome and interrupt the user's workflow. To simplify this process, we could replace the dialog with a dropdown menu, allowing users to select the new status directly.
For any additional notes or comments, users can utilize the existing "notes" section within the step. This approach would make status updates quicker and more intuitive while maintaining the ability to add context when needed.
