Can't see any way to install old Visual Studio Extension for .NET Framework?

The docs say to use v9 for .NET framework, but VS doesn't seem to allow installing anything but the latest version!?

Ah I forgot to create a release on the repo for it (I've now created an automation to make this happen less often hopefully), there's an older one for 8.5 here in the meantime if you don't want to build from source: https://github.com/icsharpcode/CodeConverter/releases/tag/8.5.0

Have you tried the latest vs extension actually? I think it should still work within visual studio, it's just the command line I think will no longer work in v10
