bare metal life cycle should state alignment with VSI life cycle #64

What do you think needs to be updated?
It's my understanding that the classic VSI operating system lifecycle matches that of bare metal. For example, the lifecycle policy page links to the bare metal lifecycle page and simply names it "See the End of Life EOL documentation for Classic software." We should either clarify on this page that the lifecycle dates apply to classic VSI as well, or else duplicate this information into the VSI doc set: https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/virtual-servers. Note that I can't find this information already duplicated in the VSI docs.
