Add `hulse-py` CLI verbose

CLI verbose

The CLI currently only displays a single message when starting to run a host. It could use adding more information about what is going on under the hood. Ideas for improvement:

• notify of incoming request by logging user and cluster issuing the query
• display performance stats upon completing the request
• show the current state of the loaded models, and give info about the task that was queried
