Show informative labels if the values are provided via the URL

The drop-down boxes contain informative labels - e.g. type or parish names, in addition to the IDs. But if the value is supplied in the URL, they only show the supplied value and not the label.

E.g. for the map of "Sammon ryöstö": https://filter-visualizations.rahtiapp.fi/?vis=map_type&theme_id=skvr_t010100_3100 , the widget shows only skvr_t010100_3100, while it should show: Sammon ryöstö (skvr_t010100_3100).
