Status of the repo

Would love to contribute to this project but have noticed that there are a lot of open PRs that seem like they should be merged.

Just wondering what the status of the project/repo is currently? Any potential to have the community help drive some of the work here?

I have done everything I can to distance myself from this project, including blocking the maintainers here on GitHub, but that is apparently not enough to avoid getting dragged unnecessarily by random tech bros into threads demanding status updates on software for which they have not paid a cent. It is a fine encapsulation of most of what's wrong with open source. Please do not @mention me again, here or in any Rails-adjacent project to which I have formerly contributed.

Status is that Stimulus is in great shape, and that not all software needs to be on a treadmill of quick releases. It's the default for all new Rails apps. It's used in tons of production apps. We don't need constant release churn for that.

We use it a ton at my company and love it. Just want to help the docs improve to bring more new people into the fold

I work with a lot of juniors and just want them to fall in love with the Rails ecosystem like I did back in 2009

Also, please spot at-mention spamming in either discussions or issues. Repeat offenses will be met with a ban. We all have busy lives, and we don't need a bunch of non-urgent notifications.

Apologize for the tagging but there was no clear indication as to who was maintaining and just wanted clarity on if community involvement was welcomed.
