Contributor guide: Enhance the “Testing a patch” section

@osaris and someother person asked to have an enhancement. What do you need exactly? Do we just add a paragraph saying:

Or, instead of writing a test, to bootstrap/draft your contribution, you can create a Foo.php file and write:
