How to determine if the image has been fully displayed?

I displayed a save button in the editor, but I don't want the button to appear before the image is loaded and displayed. However, I couldn't find a property that can determine whether the initialization and loading are complete

But _imageSizeIsDecoded is a private variable within the class, and I cannot call it from external components
