Added support for all curated ruleset endpoints:
curatedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.curatedRuleSetDeployments.patchcuratedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.curatedRuleSetDeployments.listcuratedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.curatedRuleSetDeployments.getcuratedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.getcuratedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.listcuratedRuleSetCategories.getcuratedRuleSetCategories.listcuratedRules.getcuratedRules.listAlso two functions for finding curated rules and curated rule set deployments by their display names, which saves having to know the uuid:
chronicle.rule_set.get_curated_rule_set_deployment_by_namechronicle.rule_set.get_curated_rule_by_nameTests added for all functions, and documentation added to README
